PROCLAMATION NO. 265 of the MalacaƱang declares Monday, October 31, 2011 as a special non-working holiday throughout the country.
This is to give full opportunity to our people to properly observe the day with all its religious fervor which invariably requires them to travel to and from different regions of the country. Monday, 31 October 2011, may be declared as a special (non-working) day without detriment to public interest.
WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 84, dated 20 December 2010, declared Tuesday, 1 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day.
